I don't even crave sweets anymore! That says a lot as a type 1 Diabetic! Enjoying some much needed relaxation and a yummy ice cold Shakeology! It's BY FAR the best I've ever had! It tastes like something I shouldn't be eating lol! I will not forget this recipe!
Stacy’s Strawberry-Pineapple Island Freeze!
½ cup of strawberries
½ frozen pineapple
1 cup water
1 cup of ice
1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology
