You Had Me at Wine! Haha! So, what's this new business all about you ask?!

ABOUT ME:

My name is Stacy Whitehead - many of you know I was a full time Beachbody coach for almost 4 years. I made a change about 4 months ago and no longer work for Beachbody...I found a NEW opportunity that was WAY too good to pass up and much more FUN!

I'm a wife, a dog mom, and I've been my OWN boss for the last 4 years. I originally started a network marketing company so I could work for myself and have the freedom to keep my FUN side job with BMW of North America and continue traveling the US as a spokesperson for the brand. Since joining network marketing, I've been able to experience TRUE freedom, residual income, setting my own hours, working from anywhere from my smart phone and after 4 months in my new biz, I'm currently in the top 20 of the entire company and leaving tomorrow for an all expense paid trip to Aruba and i'm never looking back! What a breath of FRESH AIR it has been from my previous NM company!

I am a BELIEVER in network marketing as it's completely changed my life in every way possible, but I was working a health and fitness business and the company made some changes that I didn't agree with and I decided to leave and start over with a company with HUGE potential (I KNOW potential when I see it ya'll!!).  I chose to LEAVE coaching FOR this opportunity!!  It's been nothing but a breath of fresh air and it has been 100% WORTH IT!!! <3

When researching my next MLM venture, I was looking for:

A product people love and ALREADY spend their money on (this company has a 93% reorder / retention rate) - for you NWM buffs…you know this means incredible GROWTH if people love and look forward to sticking with the product 93% of the time. Imagine how that BUILDS residual income over time!!!!

An established company (founded in 2014) that is DEBT FREE, and new to network marketing (ground floor!!!). I started my last company at a SUPER saturated time, but this is “ground floor” so it's super exciting!!!

πŸ™Œ  That is NOT saturated. I find that health and fitness companies are tough. Yes, everyone needs health and fitness…but, not everyone needs ONE specific health and fitness product - I find they like to bounce around to different products to see what works for them. And, most health and fitness companies are very saturated and are sometimes difficult to break into new markets outside of the US because of shipping / supplement approval issues. This company is in its infant stage - my last company had 400k people. This one has less than 30k.

πŸŽ‰   A business that is FUN. WINE certainly is! Always a convo starter and a great reason to get together with you friends and share your love for wine. <3

❤️   A business that ties into my PASSION - helping others make a substantial income for their families that can be immediate (based on the work they put into it!)

😰   A business that doesn’t dominate my time and take over my LIFE. I love helping people and I will still help anyone who reaches out to me for free health and fitness advice. But, running challenge groups, free 5 day groups, creating content, creating meal plans every month, and training groups were SO much for me to keep up with and honestly when you are asking someone to buy into their health & fitness, it's a huge scary change. Plus i was emotionally investing in people who didn't want to put in the work. I was craving a more SIMPLE life with something people spend their money on anyway.

πŸ’°   A business with a compensation plan that is the best I’ve seen - lucrative immediate bonuses, weekly residual income, sustained long term stability income, and check match.

🏑   A business that ties into almost anything and helping small businesses like hair salons and med spas create business location awareness and give networking opportunities to draw new people to their businesses.

πŸ˜‰   A business with amazing customer service and a 100% satisfaction guarantee (in my last business, customer service was a complete headache!!!)

A business with a simple, user friendly, sophisticated website with easy ordering that can handle company growth and expansion without crashing.

πŸ‘  A company that doesn’t compete with its own distributors by selling product on amazon or running FB ads that may target your friends.

πŸ“¦   A company that keeps all of the inventory and does all of the packing, shipping, and takes care of customer service inquiries FOR me!

πŸ‘―   DUPLICATABLE - “It’s not what works, it’s what duplicates”. - Eric Worre. In our last company…there were so many elements and it was super hard to duplicate. This company has a simple system that works. I love that!!!

Oh, and the product just HAPPENS to be….

🍷WINE!!!!🍷——>> which most people love (including me in MODERATION), and if they don’t love wine, they know a TON of people who do. πŸ·

And, this isn’t just ANY wine. It’s premium wine from boutique vineyards from all over the world that you can’t purchase anywhere else: Italy, Portugal, South Africa, etc. - AND, it’s delivered to your door

GREAT product meets INCREDIBLE business opportunity - I’M IN!!πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

I currently have a GOLDEN EGG OPPORTUNITY. You know THIS GIRL is taking this thang to the top! I've made NWM a success and I WILL do it again with this FUN wine biz…and, I want some motivated people to join me….this is going to be HUGE!!!

So, WHAT IS THIS WINE BIZ?

Creating a Lifestyle Change for Yourself & Your Family

August 8, 2017

I've recently switched careers, but being in the health and fitness industry for almost 4 years, people are still asking for help and suggestions for weight loss and nutrition. It's still a way of life for me. Being outdoors and being active keeps me happy and healthy. Honestly, it's REALLY all about lifestyle and eating whole, nutritious foods and moving daily. And, yes, the occasional treat (including wine) in moderation because life's WAY tooooo short not to! As a type 1 diabetic, I find cutting out as much sugar as possible is SO helpful and honestly after about a week or two, I just stopped craving sweet things. Sugar is VERY addictive I have found and the more you eat it, the more your body craves it and don't EVEN get me started about artificial sweeteners! YIKES! NO GOOD FOR YOU AT ALL!
.
If you are looking to drop weight quickly, what works BEST for me is adding a veggie into every meal or a green juice daily and staying away from ALL bread, rice and pasta all together along with decreasing your sugar intake and add in an additional 30 mins of cardio into your day. I cut out milk completely and ONLY drink unsweetened almond milk, Instead of pasta, try using zucchini and when at a restaurant, ask them to not bring any bread to your table and ask for half your meal to go. I always try to drink a full glass of water before my meal. Sometimes when you think you're hungry, it's just that you are dehydrated and it also helps calm your appetite.
.
Either way- Invest in yourself. There are so many things in life we cannot control, so make sure you take care of what you have been freely given. Your body, your health and the people around you. Invest wisely. And if wellness is something that you think is "too expensive"... you should research the cost of illness.

Here are some documents I gave my clients that you may find helpful!
Feel free to share with the people you love. <3 .
EAT CLEAN SHOPPING LIST
Seasoning Suggestions: Eating healthy does NOT mean you have to eat bland yucky food OR get bored! It's all about the seasonings! Here are some suggestions to use throughout the week.

1) Sriracha (Super spicy!) ...add to add eggs, rice or meat
2) Salsa
3) Mrs Dash ***SALT FREE*** seasoning
4) Mustard (add to chicken!)
5) Liquid Smoke (I cook my chicken and ground turkey with this)
6) CINNAMON Great to add to my oatmeal. I like to sprinkle this on my sweet potato too!!
7) Balsamic Vinaigrette (salads)
😎 Liquid Aminos (I add this to my veggies while cooking. Just use a tsp or so)
9) Black Pepper...put this on everything
10) Himalayan Salt. Use sparingly

NOTE: I do not use Mrs Dash, we use all organic spices and herbs
I like the ALL Seasoning by Simply Organic
We choose organic whenever possible ESPECIALLY for all MEATS!

PS. Anytime you would use butter...Try COCONUT OIL!!

As far as fitting in MORE movement in your day, did you know that sitting all day increases your risk of heart disease & Cancer? Be sure to squeeze in movement AT LEAST ONCE every hour! Here are some tips to start incorporating into your day as you can!
-Get up and walk around or pace every time you get on the phone.
-Walk to your co-worker's desk or office instead of emailing or calling to ask or answer a question.
-Consider buying a walking desk and use it to answer all of your emails...I use my treadmill and bought a shelf which I velcro'd it right on there this way I can remove it when i want to run! ;-)
-Stand up when people come into your office. It's nice manners too! :-)
-Grab a drink from the water cooler! Haha! A full bladder will make you get up all day to use the loo!
-Take the stairs when possible.
-Do 30 heel raises or squats whenever you feel you need a quick break.

IF you happen to be into group fitness, I run ALL WOMEN'S bootcamp classes up at our business in Brooksville, FL currently on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:30pm. Schedule may be changing soon, so be sure to check with me by emailing me here if interested! ;-)

<3 Feel free to post any questions below! To those of you who have made a healthy lifestyle, i'd love to hear any tips and tricks that work for you as well! πŸ™‚ FeeleFeel

A Salad the Whole Family Will Love!

February 27, 2017

Hey ya'll! This salad is one of my new faves!!! While visiting a good friend for dinner, she made this salad and I loved it so much, I skipped dessert and had a second helping of it! In fact, it's so good, that you really don't need any dressing!!!

Last night we celebrated my Mother-in-Law's birthday and I made it for everyone. Many went back for seconds including me! :-) Needless to say, it was a big hit!

Here's what you throw together:

Butter lettuce
blueberries
mandarin oranges
strawberries
feta cheese
pine nuts
sliced almonds or candied pecans

For the dressing, I just use a light balsamic vinaigrette or plain olive oil and balsamic vinegar...the family loved raspberry vinaigrette with theirs...I would imagine strawberry vinaigrette would be delicious too! :-)

Enjoy!!! <3 <3 <3

Busy Sports Mom's on the Go Nutrition Guide-

February 7, 2017

This post was inspired by a few VERY busy sports moms who have come to me for nutrition guidance for their children. Just a little background: My husband and I own and run Stix & Seams Baseball- Softball training facility in Brooksville, FL.

This month marks our third year. It was one of my husband's dreams back when he coached college baseball. :-) I run all Women's Bootcamps at our biz every Tuesday and Thursday nights if you'd like to join us! They are high energy and a lot of fun! Oh wow! Haha! Here I am running of on a tangent about the biz! Anyway, back to the reason why I wrote this post!

So many parents just don't have much time on their hands to prepare meals for their families but want to make sure their children are getting the proper nutrition to fuel their growing bodies. So, I have put together a SIMPLE sample meal plan for them and thought i'd share with all of you in hopes it will help you too!

Breakfast:

Protein pancakes with berries (I top mine with a vegan buttery spread and cinnamon...organic maple syrup is also ok)
Or
Van's Protein waffle (Power Grains...there's also a really good gluten free blueberry) with peanut butter and 1/2 banana
Or
Cereal or oatmeal and berries (Try to stay away from the super sugary ones...instead aim for cheerios, Raisin Bran, Kashi varieties, etc. As far as oatmeal, I really like the Publix Greenwise and Bob's Red Mill organic rolled oats)
Or
a shake packed with dense nutrition Vega one!

Snack:

sliced veggies and Bolthouse Ranch dressing
Or
Veggies and hummus (I love the Boar's Head varieties of hummus)
Or
Almonds and string cheese (I like 2% Sargento)
Or
Celery and natural peanut (look for a peanut butter who's only ingredients is peanuts. Publix and Target make good ones!)

Lunch: tuna with a veggie and fruit or unsweetened apple sauce (click here for more options
)

Snack: berries and non-fat Greek yogurt (it's ok to sprinkle a little granola on top)
Or
green juice if blending and taking with you in cooler for practice.

If before practice or workout, whole grain rice cake with peanut butter and 1/4- 1/2 banana or boiled eggs and nuts are some examples of things that will be light on their tummy's before getting active but will give them some energy to fuel through or you can use what I use before workouts- pre workout. It helps me improve my performance by sharpening my focus and giving me the energy to push through without making me feel jittery.

Or click here for more options.

Dinner: lean protein and veggie with a non starchy carb....sweet potatoes are great! (I like to slice them thin and sprinkle them with olive oil and sea salt and bake them until crispy...healthy fries!)

Or any meals you'll find here (the crock pot meals are very tasty and so easy! Approved by my hubby! ☺)

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Be sure that they are drinking plenty of water throughout the day!

Healthy substitutions:

Almond milk instead of cow's milk...
I use unsweetened almond or coconut milk.

These organic juices are great for travel as well as any flavor of LeCroix drinks...no sweetener is used in them.

I would also recommend buying only organic lean meats such as fish, venison and chicken.

Aim for a serving of veggies with every meal. And switch our starchy carbs with whole grains like brown rice, quinoa or beans.

Most kids these days want only sugary/carby foods which makes their bodies so acidic and that causes disease over time. Make healthy eating a priority with your family. <3

Let's face it! Kiddo's will want sweets from time to time. To my right are 2 of my faves for on the go...RX bars and unsweetened organic applesauce... click here are some other healthy sweet treat options. ;-)

I hope this helps you make better food decisions for your kiddo's busy lifestyles! Use Sunday to load up on the groceries that you'll need for the week so that you have these things ready to go and prep snacks in zip lock bags, boil eggs, etc. if you can so you can just grab and go throughout the week! I'm always here if you have questions. <3

---> Feel free to share with me what works for your busy family on the go! <3 <3 <3
